I think that's silly, it's not as if the Bobcats by the 4th were playing that physical they knew the game was over. Would it have hurt if he scored 70? I kept hearing the analysts say "It's about respecting the game" which to me also sounds like bullshit. Let the man play if he feels like he's too tired then let him relay that to the coach. Had it been me I would've went to 80 if I could just to set the record for life.

He was clearly tired. The last few shots he took you could see his legs weren't quite there. I think he wasnted to just get to 62. Any player is going to want to score more than that and I'm sure he would have liked to hit 70 and he probably could have, but in the end this only counts as one W and him and Woodson have to consider what's best in the long run.

It's so dumb that people blame him when the Knicks lose. The problem is the mix of players around him.

Imagine if the Pistons had drafted him instead of Darko. It would have been a perfect fit. The Pistons were still very good on defense back then. Add Melo and they would have been amazing.

Instead they wanted to stick with Tayson Prince. Idiots
